Restaurant isn't good and too expensive

Really tasty and particularly good breakfasts with freshly made omelettes, sweets, bakery, the facilities were perfect. The hotel's location was gorgeous, really close to multiple restaurants, and the shopping centre.

Came in Sweimeh to relax and have fun, this cheap hotel was convenient base for doing it. We ate at a nice restaurant for dinner staff. The location turned out to be marvellous. It took 5 minutes to reach Beach on foot.

The restaurant charged for water during dinner, unexpected.

Overall it was an excellent stay for 3 nights. It was airy, new-fashioned and on these tables.

The kids loved the separate pools, and we all enjoyed relaxing at the beach while taking advantage of the outdoor swimming pool and spa facilities.

The comfortable room offered fine views, while the towel availability was poor.

The hotel was fantastic for our family getaway! We enjoyed a day at the Aqua Fun Center, perfect for the kids, including my niece. The room was spacious and clean, and we could relax by the beautiful pools after our adventures.

In my wife's opinion, the pool area could use more staff to assist families.

Relaxing Retreat with Amazing Views

Enjoyed plenty of mud therapy right by the Dead Sea. The breakfast spread amazed us with its variety, while the tranquility of the pools made for perfect afternoons. Pro tip, reserve a beach spot early for the best views at sunset!

great experience but navigation can be tricky

The staff provided really good service, particularly Diana at the front desk, who helped us with check-in and even arranged a doctor visit. The food at the Mezza Restaurant was good, and the pools never felt overcrowded despite the hotel being fully booked.

The hotel layout is large, which can make it confusing to navigate at times.

Excellent breakfast with a wide variety of options including shabushabu stood out . The location offered easy access to a private beach with mud for self-service treatments, a unique experience. The front desk staff could be more cute, often coming across as curt. The hotel, while spacious, showed signs of wear and could benefit from maintenance. Dining was acceptable but not particularly nice.

The room impressed me with space and cleanliness. The view of the Dead Sea from the balcony created a nice atmosphere. Staff members were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, made things easier and more enjoyable. The hotel's beach area needs serious improvement. It looked unkempt and not well maintained. Showers at the beach barely worked, and accessing the water involved awkward stone paths. The dining experience was underwhelming. Breakfast options lacked variety, and the quality didn't match expectations for a hotel at this price point. I enjoyed my time, but those factors could certainly use some attention.
